- Investigate accounts payable items and coordinate follow-up actions through final payment resolution.
- Analyze open purchase orders across systems, identify discrepancies, and drive closure of aged or unresolved items.
- Review order detail lines and correct coding or processing issues that affect reporting accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute routine scrap, repair and maintenance, inventory, and labor-related reports on daily, weekly, and recurring schedules.
- Monitor timekeeping and labor coding outputs to confirm costs are assigned to the appropriate cost centers.
- Maintain count documentation, update tracking logs, and verify that post-count activity is recorded correctly.
- Support ongoing tracking processes and reporting improvements tied to operational accounting needs and process stabilization.
- Strong experience with month-end close activities, including journal entries and general ledger support.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation and bank reconciliation within a high-volume accounting environment.

- Hands-on knowledge of accounts payable research, issue resolution, and transaction follow-up.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple recurring deadlines and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Advanced attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through.
- Effective communication skills for working across finance, operations, and other internal teams.
