Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the client’s engineering team within Workforce Technology. This role will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting the enterprise integrations and services that power the client’s AI-enabled employee experience platform.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Azure Entra ID, and other enterprise platforms. · Build and support REST API, webhook, and OAuth 2.0 integrations for enterprise applications. · Design and implement identity mapping, Single Sign-On (SSO), and access control solutions across integrated platforms. · Develop and maintain ServiceNow capabilities, including Scripted REST APIs, Glide APIs, ACLs, Knowledge Management configurations, and workflow integrations. · Build and support user provisioning, group synchronization, and access governance processes. · Create and maintain Workday integrations and queries supporting HR automation processes such as employee onboarding, status changes, and separations. · Enforce permission-aware content retrieval using ServiceNow as the system of record for authorization decisions. · Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using logs, API traces, monitoring platforms, and vendor tools. · Execute deployments, environment configurations, reindexing activities, and post-release validation across Development, UAT, and Production environments. · Measure search retrieval performance and answer quality while partnering with content owners to improve search effectiveness. · Create technical design documents, implementation plans, test strategies, and engineering status updates. · Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers and contract resources. · Collaborate with external vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Core Qualifications:

· 7+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments. · 4+ years building integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and modern API architectures. · 4+ years of ServiceNow development, including Scripted REST APIs, Glide APIs, ACLs, and Knowledge Management. · Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, plus Python or Java. · Experience with SSO and identity technologies including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). · Working knowledge of Azure Entra ID user provisioning, authentication, and group management. · Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and identity management systems. · Experience supporting production environments, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and deployment support. · Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices. · Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
