Software Developer

We are looking for a Software Developer to create and support business applications built on Microsoft Power Platform in Bethany, Oklahoma. This Long-term Contract position is suited for someone who can turn operational needs into practical, scalable tools that improve workflow efficiency, automate routine tasks, and strengthen access to business data. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders while delivering reliable applications that connect effectively with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Create, enhance, and support business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, including both canvas-based and model-driven applications.
• Structure and maintain Dataverse environments by defining tables, relationships, rules, and other core data components that support application performance.
• Develop automated processes with Power Automate to reduce manual work and improve consistency across business operations.
• Connect Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, internal databases, APIs, and other business systems to enable smooth data flow.
• Work directly with users and business teams to gather requirements, map processes, and convert functional needs into effective technical solutions.
• Diagnose application issues, resolve defects, and implement improvements that increase usability, reliability, and overall performance.
• Apply sound development standards related to security, access control, data quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Prepare clear technical documentation covering application behavior, integrations, workflow logic, and support procedures.
• Demonstrated experience building applications with Microsoft Power Apps in a business environment.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including table design, relationships, and data management concepts.
• Experience creating workflow automation and process solutions with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of application development, system integration, and business process optimization.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate business objectives into functional technical designs.
• Familiarity with technologies such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, or related development tools is preferred.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Fx, Power BI, Power Pages, SharePoint, Azure, or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
