The role supports sales leadership and representatives through reporting, correspondence, document preparation, and workflow tracking using common business applications.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales submission activities and keep deliverables moving on schedule by working closely with sales representatives, leadership, clients, and referral partners.
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence and sales-related documents using Outlook, word processing tools, and spreadsheet applications.
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM and related business systems to support visibility into sales progress and follow-up actions.
- Request, gather, and organize reports and supporting materials needed for submissions, client communication, and internal review.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to sales leaders and top-performing representatives based on team priorities and business needs.
- Track deadlines across multiple requests and help ensure all required materials are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Support document handling tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and assembling files for review, distribution, or recordkeeping.
- Must reside in the same time zone as the team being supported.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience required; experience in financial services or human capital management is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, word processing software, and spreadsheet tools.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, including Salesforce or similar systems.
