We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer II to develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions that improve IT operations and business processes. This role will focus on application customization, workflow development, integrations, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and support upgrades, testing, and deployments
  • Partner with IT and business teams to deliver effective technical solutions
  • Provide support to end users and junior developers
  • 3–5 years of software development experience
  • Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
  • Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
  • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices
  • Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
