We are looking for a motivated Service Partner Recruiting Associate to join our team in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. This contract-to-permanent position supports a construction and contractor-focused operation by identifying, engaging, and qualifying service providers for seasonal commercial grounds work. The ideal candidate is confident making outbound calls, enjoys building rapport, and brings a steady, detail-focused approach to every conversation.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact prospective service partners by phone to introduce seasonal commercial landscaping opportunities, including mowing, edging, and weeding assignments.
- Reconnect with providers who have not replied to prior outreach and assess their current level of interest in available contract work.
- Screen potential partners to confirm their experience, service capabilities, and the equipment they can supply for assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-up activity, provider details, and qualification notes in internal tracking tools.
- Work closely with a subject matter expert to strengthen outreach efforts, improve partner evaluation, and support successful onboarding.
- Develop positive working relationships with service providers through clear communication, consistency, and reliable follow-through.
- Coordinate outreach schedules, return communications promptly, and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions efficiently.
- Support recruiting and customer service activities by handling email correspondence, data entry, and related administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, recruiting, customer service, or a similar phone-based role.
- Ability to communicate with confidence, persistence, and professionalism while engaging new contacts by phone.
- Comfortable qualifying service providers by asking direct questions about availability, equipment, and work history.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to document information accurately using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other basic systems.
- Friendly and approachable communication style with a genuine interest in building productive relationships.
- Self-motivated work ethic and the ability to stay focused while managing follow-up tasks independently.
- Background in outdoor trades, contractor services, or recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay energized by performance-driven outreach goals.
