Original job description

We are looking for a motivated Service Partner Recruiting Associate to support contractor outreach and partner qualification efforts for a construction-focused organization. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who communicates with confidence, enjoys building connections, and stays persistent when engaging prospective service providers. In this role, you will connect with trade specialists, assess their fit for upcoming seasonal commercial landscaping work, and help strengthen the partner network through consistent follow-up and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective service partners through outbound calling campaigns to discuss seasonal commercial opportunities involving mowing, edging, and weeding services.
  • Reconnect with contractors who have not yet responded, gauge their level of interest, and keep communication moving toward next steps.
  • Evaluate potential service providers by gathering details on their capabilities, available equipment, and readiness to fulfill contract expectations.
  • Build productive relationships with trade professionals by maintaining a clear, approachable, and respectful communication style.
  • Work alongside a subject matter expert to better understand service requirements and improve candidate qualification efforts.
  • Record call outcomes, partner details, and follow-up activities accurately in internal systems and tracking tools.
  • Support scheduling and coordination efforts related to partner conversations, outreach follow-ups, and qualification discussions.
  • Use email and phone communication effectively to maintain engagement with prospective partners and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, recruiting, sales, or partner development roles.
  • Ability to communicate in a calm, direct, and detail-oriented manner while handling high-volume outreach.
  • Comfortable initiating cold calls and maintaining persistence when following up with unresponsive contacts.
  • Background in outdoor trades, contractor services, staffing, or recruiting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage data entry, call notes, and communication records accurately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and standard email correspondence.
  • Self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic, friendly demeanor, and enthusiasm for relationship-based outreach.
