A high-growth technology and infrastructure organization is seeking a Senior Vice President of Network Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of its enterprise network and technology ecosystem. This executive will play a critical role in scaling network infrastructure, connectivity services, corporate IT operations, and enterprise technology platforms that support a rapidly expanding business. The ideal candidate brings a blend of executive leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, drive innovation, and align technology investments with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's long-term network and technology strategy.
- Lead network infrastructure, carrier relationships, connectivity services, and platform operations across multiple locations.
- Oversee corporate IT functions, including end-user services, workplace technologies, cybersecurity initiatives, and technology governance.
- Drive digital transformation efforts through automation, process improvements, and enterprise platform modernization.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize business-critical systems and technologies that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Establish technology standards, service levels, and performance metrics that support business growth and reliability.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across networking, infrastructure, and IT operations.
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships, technology budgets, and major infrastructure investments.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure technology enables organizational goals and future expansion.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in network infrastructure, telecommunications, enterprise IT, or related technology disciplines.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong background in network engineering, telecommunications, connectivity services, and infrastructure operations.
- Experience leading large-scale technology deployments, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing vendors, service providers, and complex technology budgets.
- Working knowledge of routing, switching, network security, and enterprise infrastructure best practices.
- Experience implementing and managing enterprise business systems and technology platforms.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within data center, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, network services, or digital infrastructure organizations.
- Knowledge of carrier services, fiber infrastructure, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or multi-site operations.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, ITIL, or related credentials are a plus.
