Senior Property Manager

We are working with a real estate asset management firm that is searching for a Senior Property Manager to lead offices and retail portfolio of investors with properties located in FL and other states in the East Coast. The role is onsite in their Brickell office, with about 10% travel. This role will manage properties end to end, including operations, financials, and investor reporting. You will also coach a junior team, such as assistant property managers, recently promoted property managers. You will also act as the main point of contact with investors.This role is ideal with someone who is hands-on and comfortable getting into the details.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Real Estate) is Preferred Professional credentials such as CPM/IREM, RPA/BOMI Bilingual - English and Spanish is required as you will be speaking to investors in Latin America
