Great quaint team, "small office" seeking to add on the the team! If you are an Accountant and ready for a Senior role or if you are a Senior Accountant and ready for an Accounting Manager role.... this is a good one.

Typical senior accountant duties:

• Manage the day to day Accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections
• Work with a 3rd party CPA firm for preparation and review of Financial Statements
• Manage journal entries and account reconciliations
• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision making
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation
• Support internal controls and recommend process improvements
• Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on best practices
• Payroll - Paychex
• Lease accounting ASC 842 (U.S. GAAP)
