Senior Accountant

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform core accounting duties including close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Identify manual accounting tasks that can be streamlined through automation.
• Partner with finance and IT teams to implement AI or workflow tools.
• Monitor process controls and help improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze accounting data and support management reporting.
• Document procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in month-end close and general ledger accounting.
• Exposure to automation tools, process improvement, or systems implementation.
• Strong understanding of accounting controls and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and systems skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and technical teams.
