Security Engineer

We are seeking a Security Engineer to help design, implement, and support cybersecurity solutions across a complex enterprise environment. This role will focus on securing infrastructure, responding to threats, enhancing security operations, and improving the organization's overall security posture.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage security technologies including EDR, SIEM, firewalls, and email security solutions
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents
• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation planning
• Support threat detection, threat hunting, and incident response initiatives
• Configure and maintain security policies, controls, and monitoring tools
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to enhance security
• Conduct security reviews and risk assessments
• Assist with compliance efforts and security best practices
• Create and maintain security documentation and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of cybersecurity or security engineering experience
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management tools
• Strong understanding of network security and security architecture
• Experience supporting Windows and cloud environments
• Knowledge of incident response and threat detection methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
