Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide agile delivery and help teams work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in Glastonbury, Connecticut. This role supports continuous improvement by coaching teams on Scrum practices, removing obstacles, and encouraging strong communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of software development, agile frameworks, and servant leadership, with the ability to help teams deliver high-quality results consistently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in software development environments with strong exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated success facilitating Scrum ceremonies and guiding teams through iterative delivery practices.
• Certified Scrum Master credential or a comparable agile certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with software development practices, design principles, and modern engineering standards.
• Experience working with version control platforms such as Git.
• Understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments such as Azure or similar platforms is preferred.
• Ability to support multiple teams, influence stakeholders, and balance agile leadership with technical understanding.
