Responsibilities

• Client communication
• Discovery
• Drafting law and motion
• Attending court appearances
• Taking and defending depositions
• Assisting with trial preparation
• Annual billable requirement: 1750 hours

Requirements:

• Active California State Bar
• 2+ years of California civil litigation experience as a California licensed attorney
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Experience taking and defending depositions
