Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Bilingual Recruiter We are seeking a Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Post job openings and manage applications through the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and assist with onboarding.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous recruiting experience.
• Experience using an ATS.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
