Recruiter Entry Level Brief Job Description We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping deliver a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Schedule interviews and maintain recruiting calendars
• Update applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information
• Assist hiring managers and recruiters throughout the hiring process
• Support job posting creation and recruiting event

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience
• Interest in recruiting, HR, or staffing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
