The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting judgment, operates with urgency, and communicates effectively in a high-demand environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical openings, with a focus on engineering, QA, cloud, and platform-related positions.
- Partner directly with executive and senior technical leadership to clarify role needs, candidate profiles, and hiring expectations.
- Review applicant backgrounds to identify candidates whose experience aligns with software, marketplace, and technology-driven environments.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels.
- Engage passive talent through thoughtful outreach and ongoing relationship building to support current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and keep hiring workflows organized, accurate, and up to date.
- Manage multiple searches at once while maintaining speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Communicate consistently with stakeholders on search progress, market feedback, and recruiting priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Background recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, QA, cloud, or platform-focused positions.
- Ability to understand engineering and marketplace business models well enough to assess relevant candidate experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume activity and shifting priorities effectively.
- Clear and detail-oriented communication skills when working with candidates and senior leadership.
- Proven success using sourcing tools and job platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system; familiarity with Workday is preferred.
- Comfort operating in an intense, deadline-driven environment where urgency is essential.
