- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify position expectations, outline candidate profiles, and shape effective search plans.
- Build talent pipelines through targeted sourcing methods, networking, and job advertising aligned with current market conditions.
- Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct candidate screenings, and present well-matched talent for consideration.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and help organize interview materials to support a consistent selection process.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders during interviews and provide recruiting support throughout decision-making stages.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across appropriate channels to improve visibility for open positions.
- Maintain recruiting activities in applicant tracking systems and ensure hiring practices follow applicable employment regulations and company standards.

- Demonstrated success hiring for roles such as engineering leadership, manufacturing engineering, or related technical functions.
- Solid knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote, part-time contract environment.
- Availability to support hiring activities during Pacific Time hours.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
