Property Manager Affordable Housing

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations for an affordable housing community while ensuring compliance, resident satisfaction, and property performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, and rent collections
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and program requirements
• Supervise site staff and vendors
• Handle resident relations and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare reports, budgets, and property records

Requirements:

• 3+ years of property management experience
• Affordable housing experience required
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, or other housing compliance programs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with property management software
