You will work closely with finance, accounting, technology, and project stakeholders to keep spending, forecasting, and financial controls aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a multi-year financial business case that outlines projected costs, anticipated benefits, cash flow impacts, and expected return on investment.
- Track project expenses, open commitments, forecast updates, and budget performance while identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate with accounting partners to support capitalization decisions, confirm appropriate financial treatment, and maintain required documentation.
- Partner with technology leaders and project stakeholders to review assumptions, validate forecasts, and evaluate overall financial performance.
- Create financial models that support scenario planning, sensitivity reviews, and risk assessment for project decision-making.
- Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and leadership updates that summarize financial status, key trends, and emerging risks.
- Maintain strong governance practices and internal controls to ensure accurate, audit-ready project financial management.
- Support financial oversight for large-scale transformation initiatives, including platform modernization or system-related operational changes when applicable.

- Demonstrated success developing long-range business cases, financial models, budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
- Hands-on experience overseeing project spending and working with accounting teams on capitalization and project finance matters.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with large technology programs, platform modernization efforts, or enterprise transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or similar credentials are considered a plus.
