Project Manager of Programs

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of related application and records-focused initiatives for a long-term client in Glastonbury, Connecticut. This role requires someone who can balance several active workstreams in a fast-moving environment while maintaining strong client relationships and clear executive communication. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, sound project leadership, and the ability to organize interconnected efforts into practical plans that support business goals.

• 5+ years of experience leading IT projects, preferably in client-facing consulting or services environments.
• Demonstrated background in project management for application development, records management, or operational sustainment work.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and the ability to apply them in practical delivery environments.
• PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree rrequired.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and drive execution across interconnected projects.
• Experience facilitating executive and stakeholder meetings, including regular status reviews and quarterly business discussions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence customers and internal teams effectively.
