The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and the ability to keep diverse teams focused on timely, high-quality execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct projects through each phase, from early definition and planning to launch and closeout.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across customer-facing, planning, procurement, operations, logistics, and implementation teams.
  • Build practical project roadmaps that define timelines, resource needs, deliverables, and execution plans.
  • Review progress against key milestones, surface risks early, and work with internal experts to resolve issues that may affect delivery.
  • Provide regular status updates, lead meetings, and maintain alignment on priorities, expectations, and next steps.
  • Monitor budgets, project costs, and authorized customer spending to support financial control through completion.
  • Evaluate requested scope adjustments and communicate the effect on deadlines, costs, and staffing requirements.
  • Encourage a team-oriented environment that supports accountability, process improvement, and effective problem-solving.
  • Follow company standards related to safety, quality, and workplace practices.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, account coordination, or a similar business function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Background supporting manufacturing, production, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or other operational projects is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active projects while balancing shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities for varied stakeholder groups.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to address challenges and keep work moving forward.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project or business systems used for planning, tracking, and operational oversight.
  • PMP certification, Agile Scrum knowledge, or formal project management training is a plus.
