Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining project records, tracking milestones, and keeping documentation current throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and help process drawings, submittals, requests for information, and change-related documents for accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Support schedule preparation, procurement tracking, and log management to help project teams stay organized and on target.
  • Attend project meetings, record key discussion points, and follow up on assigned action items with internal teams and external partners.
  • Communicate professionally with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to support day-to-day coordination.
  • Contribute to site safety efforts by reinforcing established standards and helping monitor compliance on project sites.
  • Organize project files and provide administrative support for RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Assist with project closeout activities, including punch list coordination and the collection of final project records.
  • Learn construction methods, permit processes, building systems, and trade coordination by working alongside experienced project managers and superintendents.

  • At least 1 year of experience in construction, internships, or a closely related environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
