We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support cross-functional work across Ecommerce, Marketing, and Content teams in Delaware, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who excels at organizing projects, clarifying next steps, and helping teams stay on schedule in a fast-paced retail environment. The person in this role will help turn team discussions into actionable plans, maintain visibility into milestones and approvals, and support the smooth delivery of campaigns, website updates, promotions, and content initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key liaison across Ecommerce, Marketing, and Content groups to keep priorities, timelines, and expectations aligned.
  • Participate in team and cross-functional meetings, document important decisions, assign follow-up actions, and ensure owners understand next steps.
  • Maintain project calendars and tracking tools that reflect schedules, dependencies, due dates, approvals, and current status.
  • Support project intake by collecting scope details, business goals, required materials, and target completion dates before work begins.
  • Coordinate execution for promotional efforts, digital campaigns, product launches, site updates, and content-related deliverables.
  • Monitor progress against planned deadlines, identify gaps or risks, and raise issues to leadership when delays or conflicts arise.
  • Organize the movement of creative files, copy, product details, and supporting assets while keeping records current and easy to access.
  • Route completed work for stakeholder review, capture feedback, and help confirm deliverables are accurate, complete, and ready for release.
  • Provide consistent updates on project status, maintain documentation of changes and decisions, and contribute to post-project reviews for process improvement.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing support, ecommerce operations, or a similar function.
  • Strong organizational ability with success managing multiple assignments, changing priorities, and time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize discussions and outline actionable follow-up steps.
  • High attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and confidence collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity software; experience using project tracking platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, ecommerce, and content production processes is preferred.
  • Interest in automotive products or the performance aftermarket is a plus.
