- Apply established project management standards, governance practices, and approval processes throughout the program lifecycle.
- Oversee financial planning by supporting business case development, validating cost estimates, tracking committed benefits, and monitoring spend against budget.
- Prepare and distribute status updates, decision records, and meeting documentation that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into progress, issues, and next steps.
- Maintain detailed program schedules in partnership with external contributors, tracking resource demand, timelines, and critical path activities.
- Forecast resource and expense needs accurately, manage budgeted funds responsibly, and escalate potential cost variances or delivery concerns as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience managing programs or projects, including multi-year and highly complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts across internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
- PMP certification is required.
- Strong command of project management methodologies, tools, reporting practices, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial oversight within program environments.
- Solid understanding of technology-enabled business change and the factors influencing the insurance or related industries.
