Producer

We are looking for a Producer to support live broadcast operations and help ensure each stream runs smoothly from preparation through wrap-up in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can coordinate moving parts, stay calm in a fast-paced production setting, and work closely with the production manager to keep programming organized and on schedule. The right candidate brings hands-on experience in live streaming, digital video, or social content production and is comfortable balancing logistics, timing, and day-to-day production needs.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate livestream activities to help each broadcast stay organized, timely, and aligned with production goals.
• Partner closely with the production manager to track schedules, priorities, and operational details across the full production process.
• Support the execution of live and recorded content by monitoring deliverables, preparing materials, and helping resolve real-time issues.
• Assist with production logistics, including content flow, asset handling, and general administrative support needed for daily operations.
• Use computer-based tools and basic office applications to maintain records, organize documents, and support team communication.
• Contribute to social media or digital content production efforts when livestream-specific support is needed.
• Help facilitate commerce-focused live content, including streams tied to online selling platforms such as TikTok Shop, Whatnot, or eBay Live, when applicable.
• Prior experience in live stream production, live content coordination, or a comparable video production environment.
• Background in social media content creation or digital media production may be considered in place of direct livestream experience.
• Ability to stay organized and dependable while managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving production setting.
• Working knowledge of standard computer applications and basic office tools, including Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with production workflows and experience supporting day-to-day execution alongside cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site as needed in Los Angeles, California.
• Exposure to online selling or live commerce platforms is a plus.
