Procurement Consultant

Subcontracts Manager - Summary Responsibilities: Lead sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and subcontract awards. Develop SOWs, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Manage supplier performance, delivery, quality, cost, and risk. Oversee subcontract changes, claims, disputes, and risk mitigation. Perform cost/price analysis, forecasting, reporting, and audit support. Maintain contract documentation, closeouts, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Contract Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in procurement, subcontracts, sourcing, contracts, or supplier management. Strong contract negotiation, supplier management, financial analysis, and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other regulated environments preferred.
