This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can bring structure to existing workflows, convert manual materials into organized digital documentation, and strengthen consistency across day-to-day operations. The role begins with onsite collaboration and may transition to remote work once documentation has been fully digitized and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Review current administrative workflows and translate them into clear, well-organized process documentation.
- Develop, revise, and standardize standard operating procedures to improve clarity, usability, and consistency.
- Convert existing paper-based or informal materials into structured digital records that are easy to access and maintain.
- Evaluate existing procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to support smoother operations.
- Organize files and documentation within OneDrive to create a reliable and searchable repository for process materials.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather procedural details, confirm accuracy, and ensure documentation reflects actual practices.
- Refine legacy documents by correcting gaps, removing outdated content, and aligning materials with current administrative needs.
- At least 3 years of experience in process documentation, administrative support, or process improvement work.
- Demonstrated ability to create, edit, and maintain standard operating procedures and related procedural materials.
- Experience analyzing workflows and recommending improvements that increase efficiency and consistency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and structure large volumes of documentation.
- Proficiency with OneDrive or similar document management platforms for storing and organizing files.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on producing clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time contract role while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
