The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing competing priorities, and committed to delivering accurate, service-oriented support across a range of operational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Director of Hotel Operations, ensuring schedules, communications, and priorities are managed efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, capture key follow-up items, and help keep projects moving forward on schedule.
- Maintain financial records, compile reports, and assist with data tracking to support operational decision-making.
- Manage multiple assignments at once by setting priorities, monitoring deadlines, and adjusting to changing business needs.
- Handle incoming communications, document requests, and routine office support tasks with accuracy.
- Contribute to special projects by gathering information, organizing deliverables, and following through on action items independently.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners while delivering responsive, high-quality service.
- Support an organized office environment by using sound judgment, protecting sensitive information, and assisting with occasional travel-related coordination as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required, or an associate degree combined with relevant experience.
- Prior experience in an executive support or project administration role, preferably supporting senior leadership or ownership groups.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing requests from multiple sources.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to think critically, take initiative, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Project coordination experience and exposure to hospitality or hotel operations environments are preferred.
