  • Prepare and maintain reporting that tracks filing status, outstanding items, deadlines, and compliance trends across all entities.
  • Support entity updates and payroll tax account maintenance, including new registrations and changes tied to organizational structure.
  • Review payroll tax data for accuracy and work through exceptions to reduce reporting errors and compliance risk.
  • Coordinate documentation and responses related to state and local tax inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Contribute as an individual contributor who takes ownership of tasks, follows through on unresolved items, and keeps compliance work moving forward.

•Expertise with ADP payroll systems and payroll tax administration. 5-10 years of experience in payroll, payroll tax, accounting, or tax compliance roles.

  • Strong working knowledge of multi-state payroll tax regulations, filings, and agency requirements.
  • Experience managing payroll tax reporting, registrations, notices, and audits across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to identify, research, and resolve payroll tax discrepancies with a high level of accuracy.
