- Manage payroll delivery for employees with varied compensation models, including salaried, hourly, seasonal, incentive-based, and bonus-eligible populations.
- Maintain adherence to applicable payroll laws and tax regulations at the federal, state, and provincial levels.
- Act as the internal authority on payroll compliance, resolving complex tax and wage-related issues with sound judgment.
- Establish stronger controls, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure readiness for internal and external audit activity.

- Strong knowledge of payroll tax, wage and hour requirements, and broader compliance standards.
- Experience supporting large employee populations of more than 5,000 workers across multiple pay structures and schedules.
- Hands-on familiarity with Workday and the ability to support payroll system enhancements or process improvements.
- Exposure to Canadian payroll practices is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
