Primary Responsibilities
- Process payroll on a regular schedule using Workday.
- Maintain payroll records including deductions, taxes, and direct deposit changes.
- Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to employee payroll questions.
- Support payroll tax filings, audits, and year-end reporting.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and internal policies.
Requirements
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with Workday payroll preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll tax, wage laws, and deductions.
- Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- CPP certification may be preferred but is not always required.
