Payroll Manager/Payroll Accountant

The Payroll Manager ensures timely and accurate payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and proper reporting of taxes and deductions. This role may also manage payroll staff and collaborate with HR and accounting teams to streamline payroll processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; payroll certification preferred.
• 3–7 years of payroll experience, with management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
