Responsibilities:
- Direct payroll cycle conversion efforts for multiple employee groups, overseeing setup activities, test execution, results review, and launch readiness for a smooth transition to a new pay schedule.
- Coordinate alignment of an additional pay group with the updated biweekly payroll calendar, ensuring accurate integration across impacted teams and employee records.
- Act as the internal resource for UKG Pro Workforce Management and Time & Attendance, confirming system settings, reviewing updates, and validating payroll-related data flows.
- Perform detailed payroll testing and reconciliation to identify discrepancies, confirm data integrity, and support stable payroll processing for a workforce of more than 500 employees.
- Assist with year-end payroll administration by preparing reconciliations, supporting compliance-related reporting, and validating required employer documentation such as 1094-C and 1095-C filings.
- Collaborate with payroll, human resources, and operations partners to create clear process documentation, deliver user guidance, and provide follow-up support after implementation activities.
- Contribute to training and adoption efforts by helping end users understand payroll and workforce management processes, including support for learning-related initiatives where needed.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll analysis or payroll operations, including full-cycle payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience managing payroll for employee populations exceeding 500 workers.
- Strong working knowledge of UKG Pro, including Payroll and Workforce Management functionality.
- Experience with Time & Attendance processes, payroll testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with payroll schedule conversions and payroll calendar alignment in a complex business environment.
- Understanding of year-end payroll activities and compliance reporting, including 1094-C and 1095-C requirements.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate process details through training and documentation.
