The role requires strong attention to compliance standards, comfort working with Epic and ProFile systems, and the ability to coordinate time-sensitive activities with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and guide them through registration, appointment check-in, and required intake documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and related follow-up activities while maintaining organized calendars and timely updates.
  • Enter, review, and maintain patient information in Epic Software and ProFile to support accurate records and efficient office workflow.
  • Process required submissions and administrative documentation in alignment with established healthcare and compliance procedures.
  • Support onsite patient service operations by responding to questions, directing individuals appropriately, and helping resolve routine registration issues.
  • Assist with administrative steps related to required candidate screening and ensure all related records are completed and handled correctly.
  • Monitor time-sensitive tasks using scheduling and time-management tools, including About Time, to help keep daily operations on track.
  • Participate in training activities and apply updated processes, system knowledge, and service expectations to daily work.
  • Previous experience in patient registration, patient access, or a similar healthcare administrative role.

  • Experience using Epic Software, ProFile, or comparable healthcare systems for registration and record management.
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite setting.
  • Familiarity with administrative support for medical services, including document submission and coordination of candidate screening requirements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, clinical staff, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable learning new tools, completing training, and following established procedures with attention to detail.
