Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming payments, apply cash accurately, and maintain organized accounts receivable records in alignment with financial guidelines.
  • Review, code, post, and reconcile receivable transactions to ensure balances are current and properly documented.
  • Prepare billing support, cash receipt documentation, and deposit materials while tracking daily cash activity.

  • Assemble voucher requests and related financial materials for local, county, and federal funding sources.
  • Update internal financial records when budget revisions or allocation changes occur and confirm accurate reporting across accounts.
  • Produce monthly statements, financial summaries, and other reports for leadership to support transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Partner with fiscal contacts and accounting stakeholders to verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support audit preparation.

  • Working knowledge of cash applications, billing processes, collections, and account reconciliation.
  • Experience supporting grant accounting, foundation funding, or government contract reporting is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
