📍 Location: Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs) 🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite with flexibility to work remotely when needed 💰 Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE 💵 Bonus Potential: Performance-based earning opportunity 📊 Billable Requirement: Average of just 125 hours per month

🎯 What You'll Be Doing ✅ Drafting and managing discovery responses ✅ Preparing and organizing depositions ✅ Assisting with motion practice ✅ Managing litigation deadlines and case files ✅ Supporting complex insurance defense matters from inception through resolution ✅ Collaborating directly with attorneys, clients, experts, and opposing counsel

👤 Ideal Candidate

You may be a great fit if you have:

✔️ 3+ years of dedicated paralegal experience (5+ preferred) ✔️ Litigation experience, ideally within insurance defense, liability, or workers' compensation ✔️ Strong experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice ✔️ Excellent written communication skills ✔️ A relationship-oriented personality and strong interpersonal presence ✔️ The ability to connect with clients, attorneys, experts, and colleagues with confidence and professionalism ✔️ Experience with cloud-based legal technology platforms (CARET, NetDocuments, or similar systems is a plus)
