Remote Paralegal Market Analyst Position Must Reside in Denver Metro Area

Our client, an established company serving the personal injury legal industry, is seeking a Market Analyst / Portfolio Servicing Specialist to support its Denver-area market. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in plaintiff personal injury law, legal services, or litigation funding who enjoys building relationships with law firms and managing an active client portfolio. The role combines portfolio servicing, legal case monitoring, local market engagement, and lead processing.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Servicing (60%) Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 active law firms, along with additional firms without currently open cases. Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and law firm staff. Monitor active cases, review court dockets, track case developments, and ensure timely follow-up. Handle inbound and outbound communications using Five9 and other company systems. Partner with internal teams to address client needs and resolve case-related issues. Market Development & Relationship Building (20%) Strengthen the company's presence within the Denver-area personal injury legal community. Visit existing law firm clients approximately 20% of the time to maintain relationships and obtain case updates. Attend local industry events, CLE programs, and professional networking functions. Monitor attorney and law firm movements and maintain accurate CRM records. Collaborate with Marketing and leadership on local market initiatives. Lead Processing (20%) Review and process incoming leads during extended coverage hours Create new lead records and update pending files. Maintain accurate and timely information in the lead management system.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, legal services, litigation support, or litigation funding. Must reside in Denver metro area for local law firm client meetings Experience as a personal injury case manager, paralegal, or in a similar client-facing legal role is preferred. Strong relationship-building and client service skills with a sales-oriented mindset. Position Details Remote position based in the Denver metro area. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM MT. Company-provided car allowance for local travel. One week of paid training at company headquarters in Florida, including airfare and hotel. • At least 1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, legal services, litigation support, or litigation funding.
• Prior background as a paralegal, case manager, or in a comparable legal support role involving direct client or law firm interaction is preferred.
• Ability to interpret case activity, review litigation-related information, and manage follow-up across multiple matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and maintain strong relationships with law firm contacts.
• Experience using case management software and handling detailed records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must reside in the Denver metro area to attend in-person meetings with local law firm clients.
• Working knowledge of civil litigation, discovery, trial preparation, and general case lifecycle processes is preferred.
