We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to process customer orders, coordinate fulfillment, and ensure accurate and timely order completion.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage customer orders in the system
- Review orders for accuracy, pricing, and product availability
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and shipping teams
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer issues
- Track shipments and update customers on order status
- Maintain order records and reporting
Requirements:
- 2+ years of order processing or order management experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP or order entry systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
