The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing job instructions, tracking assignments accurately, and confirming all required details before work begins.
  • Complete high-volume copying, scanning, mail distribution, and document intake tasks in line with established service standards and turnaround expectations.
  • Organize and sequence assignments effectively to keep workflows moving efficiently and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Communicate promptly with supervisors or client contacts regarding job status, priority changes, and any issues that could affect delivery timing.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on copiers, scanners, and related office equipment, escalating more complex problems when needed.

  • Replenish paper, toner, and other production supplies to keep equipment ready for daily operations.
  • Follow client site guidelines and company policies, including confidentiality, security, and safe handling of documents and equipment.
  • Use materials and equipment responsibly to support efficient operations and minimize unnecessary waste.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Working knowledge of reprographics, mailroom support, document scanning, and general administrative service processes.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, sound organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and make appropriate independent decisions within established guidelines.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and regularly lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment and adapt to varying schedules, including overtime when required.
