Senior Network Engineer
Company Overview A growing organization is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support and improve its enterprise infrastructure environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on network operations, infrastructure projects, and ongoing technology initiatives.
Role Summary The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The role requires a combination of engineering, troubleshooting, project delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Participate in network upgrades, enhancements, and technology projects.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business needs.
- Assist with network security, reliability, and operational initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of network engineering or infrastructure experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and connectivity technologies.

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage technical projects and work across multiple teams.

Compensation & Benefits
- $145,000 - $170,000 with discretionary bonus
