The role works closely with marketing, sales, brand, and customer-focused teams to deliver organized, timely materials that help partners make better use of available resources.
Responsibilities:
- Direct business-to-business communication initiatives for specialty retail partners across North America, ensuring messages are consistent, timely, and aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Build and manage communication schedules, coordinating content development, review cycles, approvals, and distribution across dealer audiences.
- Create and refine dealer-facing marketing updates, campaign materials, and program messaging that improve awareness and encourage participation.
- Oversee ongoing dealer marketing resources and digital tools, including online content hubs, program portals, website-related initiatives, and promotional support channels.
- Partner with sales, brand, customer experience, and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and deliver materials that support channel growth.
- Provide day-to-day support to dealers and regional sales partners by answering marketing-related questions and helping them access and use available programs.
- Track project milestones and coordinate deliverables across teams to keep marketing initiatives moving forward on schedule.
- Contribute to national and local promotional efforts by aligning dealer communications with campaign objectives and market needs.
- Experience supporting email campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and multi-channel marketing communications in a business-to-business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate marketing activities and campaign execution across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Familiarity with dealer, channel, or partner marketing programs, preferably within a retail or product-driven organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, approvals, content updates, and project details with accuracy.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and comfort working with marketing assets in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop business-facing materials with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to support shared goals.
