We are looking for an LOA Administrator to support a healthcare organization on a permanent contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable handling sensitive employee information, and experienced in coordinating leave-related processes within an HR environment. The position is primarily remote with an in-office touchpoint on Thursdays, and it offers the opportunity to contribute to time-sensitive benefits and leave administration needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage leave records accurately and maintain up-to-date documentation for employee absences and related benefits activity.
- Communicate with employees and internal stakeholders regarding upcoming leave events, status updates, and required follow-up actions.
- Partner with HR team members to support day-to-day benefits and leave administration tasks in a timely and confidential manner.
- Enter, update, and verify employee information in tracking systems to ensure complete and accurate records.
- Monitor leave timelines and supporting details so that important milestones, approvals, and documentation are properly recorded.
- Handle sensitive documents and employee information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative coordination related to benefits functions and leave processing as business needs require.
- Prior experience supporting compensation, benefits, or leave administration in an HR or related business setting.
- Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy, consistency, and record maintenance.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information with sound judgment and discretion.
- Experience coordinating benefits-related activities and communicating clearly with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a primarily remote environment while maintaining regular collaboration with the HR team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple leave cases and deadlines at once.
- Detail-oriented written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or social assistance environments is a plus.
