  • Organize attorney schedules by arranging meetings, hearings, depositions, and other time-sensitive litigation events.
  • Support the opening of new matters by assisting with intake steps, conflict review coordination, and preparation of engagement documentation.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, keeping client and case files current, accessible, and well organized.
  • Handle administrative support activities such as travel planning, expense processing, and general practice coordination.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for attorneys, clients, and internal staff, providing timely and responsive day-to-day support.
  • At least 5 years of experience providing administrative support within a legal environment, with litigation exposure strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet frequent deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of professionalism in client and team interactions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and work with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
