Lead Investment Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead Investment Analyst to support portfolio strategy, research, and asset allocation across a multi-asset platform. This generalist role requires expertise in fixed income, equities, and banking, with alternative investment experience, including private equity, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of investment strategy for portfolios in partnership with finance, accounting, and investment leadership.
• Research investment opportunities and help manage portfolios in compliance with regulations and company policy.
• Participate in Multi-Asset Strategy and Allocation and Alternative Asset Review and Selection meetings.
• Support tax-aware investment decision-making and after-tax portfolio optimization.
• Assist with alternative investment research, sourcing, allocation, and monitoring.
• Prepare documentation for investment purchases and sales for board reporting.
• Contribute to economic forecasting, interest rate analysis, portfolio performance monitoring, and budget forecasting.
• Participate in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities.
• Partner with other teams/managers to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years contributing to portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income, common stock, and banking.
• Alternative investments experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, regulatory, and communication skills.
