Jr Presentation Designer (B2B)

Robert Half's marketing & creative client is seeking a Presentation Designer for a 3+ month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid, 37.5-hour-per-week opportunity; candidate should be able to go onsite 2 days-per-week however the team is open to seeing remote options. This role focuses on creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that transform complex, content-heavy information into clear, engaging visual stories. The position requires strong presentation design skills, experience working within established brand standards, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and update high-impact PowerPoint presentations for client-facing, sales, and executive audiences
• Translate complex concepts, workflows, and messaging into clean, engaging visual stories
• Create infographics, diagrams, charts, and other visual elements that simplify dense content
• Modernize existing presentation materials while ensuring consistency with established brand standards
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to organize content and improve presentation flow
• Refine text-heavy slides into visually compelling, easy-to-digest layouts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables
• Degree in design, marketing, communications, or related
• 1-3+ years of graphic design, presentation design, or related experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including templates, master slides, and layout design
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Experience translating complex information into clear visual communications
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and information design
• Portfolio showcasing presentation, layout design, and infographics work
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Experience within professional services industry or related agency experience preferred
