This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and keeping service requests moving efficiently. The role includes hands-on troubleshooting for workplace technology, printer support, and occasional travel to a nearby company site once or twice per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line technical assistance for end users by diagnosing and resolving common hardware, software, and Windows-related issues.
  • Manage incoming service requests by opening, updating, and closing tickets while maintaining clear documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Support Zebra printer operations, including troubleshooting connectivity, printing errors, and routine device issues.
  • Assist with user account support and access-related tasks within Active Directory and other standard support tools.
  • Travel to an additional company location one to two times each month to deliver onsite technical support as needed.
  • Follow established support procedures to ensure incidents are handled consistently and escalated appropriately when required.
  • Contribute to operational support activities tied to warehouse technology, shipping, or logistics systems when needed.
  • Participate in training for robotics or automation-related tools and help support those technologies in the workplace.
  • Maintain an organized, process-driven approach to issue resolution while delivering reliable customer service to internal users.
  • Experience providing desktop, help desk, or technical support in a business environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Windows 10 troubleshooting and end-user support.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory for basic account administration and user support tasks.
  • Ability to perform foundational technical troubleshooting across hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Experience using a service desk or ticketing system to track incidents and requests.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with users across different functional areas.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to a nearby worksite for onsite support.
  • Exposure to warehouse technology, automation, or robotics is helpful but not required.
