This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative recruiting environment and can partner closely with hiring managers to attract specialized talent. The role focuses on building strong pipelines, guiding stakeholders through the hiring process, and delivering a positive candidate experience across multiple concurrent searches.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake discussions through offer coordination and acceptance.
- Create targeted sourcing plans to identify talent with relevant experience for hard-to-fill roles across product, IT, and engineering teams.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for positions such as product managers, designers, information security specialists, cloud professionals, and software engineering talent.
- Partner with hiring leaders to define search strategies, align on candidate profiles, and provide market-informed recruiting guidance.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely follow-up throughout each stage of the process.
- Use recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday, to source, engage, organize, and monitor candidates.
- Manage several open requisitions at once while adjusting priorities based on business needs and hiring timelines.
- Support talent mapping and proactive outreach efforts for roles that require pipeline development before active applicant flow is established.
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with strong ownership of full-cycle hiring processes.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical functions, including product, IT, and engineering roles.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with the ability to develop talent pipelines in competitive hiring markets.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to manage candidate activity and workflow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring stakeholders.
- Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
- Ability to support both onsite and remote hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
