- Oversee backup and recovery processes, monitor system resilience, and help protect critical business data through effective continuity practices.
- Support and optimize network and connectivity solutions, including Cisco-based technologies, to maintain stable and secure communication across locations.
- Direct configuration management activities for devices, systems, and applications to promote consistency, compliance, and efficient change control.
- Provide hands-on leadership for computer hardware deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades, and lifecycle planning across the organization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to support and improve enterprise applications, with particular focus on environments requiring strong business applications experience.
- Travel as needed to other locations to assess needs, coordinate support efforts, and ensure alignment of IT services and standards.
- Help prepare for leadership continuity by documenting processes, strengthening team operations, and supporting a smooth transition of responsibilities over time.

- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory administration, permissions management, and user support best practices.
- Experience with backup technologies and disaster recovery planning for business-critical systems.

- Solid understanding of computer hardware, deployment standards, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with configuration management practices for systems, devices, and application environments.
- Ability to travel as needed to support operational requirements at additional company locations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
