- Administer identity and access platforms including Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid authentication services across cloud and on-premises systems.
- Oversee endpoint management and security tooling such as Intune and Microsoft Defender to support device compliance and threat protection.
- Maintain core infrastructure services, including Group Policy and network-related services such as DNS and DHCP, to ensure stable daily operations.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for escalated infrastructure incidents, identify root causes, and implement durable technical solutions.
- Plan and deliver infrastructure projects, coordinating upgrades, configuration changes, and platform enhancements with minimal operational disruption.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for systems architecture, administrative procedures, and support processes.
- Support secure operations within regulated or security-conscious environments by aligning infrastructure practices with compliance expectations.
- Contribute to change management activities and infrastructure governance to promote controlled, reliable system updates.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems engineering, or a closely related IT role.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Windows 10/11 administration.
- Proven experience managing Entra ID or Active Directory in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- Background supporting endpoint management and security platforms, including Intune and Microsoft Defender.
- Working knowledge of core infrastructure services such as Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, complete infrastructure projects, and produce accurate documentation.
